What if my video live chat camera is displaying a black screen?
If you experience a black screen in a live video chat, check this article
If you started a video live chat and turns out your camera is black and the customer cannot see you, or if the same happened on the side of your customer, follow this instruction.
Make sure you do not have several conversation tabs open because the system will interpret it as you are already on the call.
If you closed all the tabs and left one tab but it's still not working, click on the top right camera button.
Then give permission for your camera and microphone to be used in the Customerly live video chat.
Click on "Done".
Now you are all set and enjoy your experience with Customerly.
