What is Video Live Chat?

This tool is used to call your customers via live chat in real-time and moreover, no additional software is needed to connect with your customers on a deeper level. The Video Live Chat offers:

  • HD video call in real-time with your customers in the live chat

  • Screen sharing on your support side and customer's side

  • Supported across desktop and mobile devices

How do I call my customer?

  • Go to your inbox

  • In the message area, move to the header with the camera icon

  • Click on the camera icon to call your customer

Please note: a customer has to be online to do a video call. Check this article to see how you can identify is a customer is offline or online.

  • After you clicked on the camera button to call a customer, you will see this pop-up.

  • The customer on his end will need to give access to the camera and microphone

  • Once your customer answers, you will have a new tab with the video call opened
