Your inbox offers great features to satisfy all queries of your customers and one of them is the Live Video Chat. In this article, we explained earlier that your customer has to be online for you to call him/her.

Where can I see if my customer is online or offline?

  • Go to your inbox

  • You will see the name of the customer you are chatting within the message area

  • If a customer is online, you will see the 'Online' indicator under the name

  • If a customer is offline, you will see the 'Offline' indicator under the name
