Here are the steps you should take to check if your live chat software is adapting to your client's browser language:
For example, if you want to check if your live chat adapts to English, you will need to change the language of your browser to English.

Let's take Google Chrome as an example:
Click on the ellipsis icon near English and select Move to the top, this way your browser will be set to English.
