In the message area, move to the header with the camera icon
Click on the camera icon to call your customer
Please note: a customer has to be online to do a video call. Check this article to see how you can identify is a customer is offline or online.
After you clicked on the camera button to call a customer, you will see this pop-up.
The customer on his end will need to give access to the camera and microphone
Once your customer answers, you will have a new tab with the video call opened
