How to hide the live chat when you are not in the office
If you want to hide from your website the Live Chat bubble when you are out of the office you can do it easily.
If you want to hide the live chat from your pages when you are not in the office, you can do it with a few clicks.
Before we start, make sure you set up your business hours first and then proceed with the visibility of the live chat.
How do I hide the live chat from my website after business hours?
Go to the Project Settings on the left sidebar. Click on "Business hours" under "Messenger".
Switch a toggle to the left if you don't want to show the live chat after working hours.
Tip: we understand you have your own business strategy and an idea of how your support department should work. We advise you to show the live chat even after working hours since the customers who reach out to you will expect you to have one of the channels of communication available no matter what.
After you hide the live chat, click on the "Save settings" button.
