Why do I need to rate my contacts?

  • It's a score assigned to a contact based on their interest, intent, and behavior.

  • Based on the scoring, you can prioritize customer support.

  • Based on the scoring, you will improve the quality of email marketing.

You can rate your leads and users to meet your business needs and define them accordingly to their qualities.

How do I rate my contacts?

  • Go to your inbox

  • You will see the five-star rating scale in the very right sidebar of your inbox

  • Based on your lead's or user's intent, interest and behavior, assign a rate to them. In our case, we gave him four stars.

  • Once you rate your contact, it automatically saves in your contact profile. You can change this rating at any time. To do so, simply click on a start. For example, instead of four-star, click on the five-star score to give it five stars.



You can automate this scoring of the contact based on their behavior or your own KPIs by using a custom workflow.
