Your project time zones are extremely important for you to set up since they are responsible for:

  • Business hours

  • NPS survey delivery

Note: campaigns, surveys, chat triggers, and workflows adjust to your location time (IP address) which is the most natural behavior.

How do I set up my project time zone?

  • Click on the Settings button on the left sidebar.

  • Go to the "Project settings" under "Project & Team".

  • Click on the "Timezone" button and select yours from the drop-down menu or search for it.

  • Click on "Save changes" in the top right corner.
