When you install the live chat on your page, you want to know how to upload your own logo for the world to see it. Let's get started.
How do I upload my logo to the live chat?
Go to the settings on the left sidebar.
Go to "General settings" under "Project and Team".
Click on "Upload logo" or on the "Click here to upload the logo" circle.
Click on a square to upload a logo or drag and drop it.
Note: recommended: .png square image, transparent background, max 1 MB
Center your logo with the adjustable frame. Click "Confirm".
Save changes in the top right corner.
Your logo has been uploaded!
