How to find the Live Chat URL and how to use it

Live chat software gives you a lot of possibilities such as being in touch with your customers 24/7 and providing excellent support, and it's one of the key ingredients of bringing your business to a new level. This is why we also provide the "chat with us" function.

If you want to be able to use a live chat URL in newsletters, help center articles or simply send it to your customers, so they will be able to reach out to you via live chat with a simple click from anywhere you'd like, do the following:

  • Make sure you installed the live chat on your website.

  • Create your help center.

  • Once the above steps are done, do this:

    • Check your Help Center domain, for example, it's docs.customerly.io

    • Then add  /chat-with-us to the end of your Help Center URL. It will look like this: docs.customerly.io/chat-with-us

Great! You did it.

Now, your "chat-with-us" live chat URL is ready.
