Post internal conversation notes and tag your teammates

When you have a conversation with the client, it is very often that you need to post important internal information about the conversation to share with your team. You can notify all your teammates or a team(the people added to the inbox channel) about this information by tagging them or in other words by mentioning them in a conversation. We will discuss in this article how to add internal notes and tag the other members of the team in them.
📝How do I add an internal note to the conversation?
Follow these steps:
Go to the inbox section
Select the conversation with the customer
In the text box area, click on "Note"
In the "Note" text field, start typing your message, and then click on "Send".
The internal note will be visible only to you and your team members, the customer will not see it.
📌How do I mention/tag my member of the team in the internal note?
To tag a teammate, do this:
Go to the inbox section
Select the conversation with the customer
In the text box area, click on "Note"
In the "Note" text field, type your message and add @ to tag someone from the team. For example, if I want to mention Luca, I will type the @ key and the list of the teammates and teams will open. You can scroll through them or keep typing the name you need, and it will be excluded from the whole list, then select a teammate of a team.
Hit "Send" button to post an internal note with the mentioned teammate or a team.
It will be posted and will look like this:
🧐Where do I or my teammates find the mentions?
Once you mention someone, they will receive a sound notification, and it will appear in the "Mentions" tab. The same is for the teams (channels), if you mention a team in your inbox, the people added to this team will receive a notification in the "Mentions".
