Publish your draft articles in Help Center
Learn how to publish your draft articles for all your customers to see it
When you create an article by default, it is being saved as a draft. If you want to publish your article, you can do it right from the editor and from the article page.
How do I publish my articles from the article page?
Go to your Help Center, click on a collection of articles
Click on the button and select 'Published', Or if the article has been published, and you want to turn in into draft, click 'Draft'
Once the article is published, it will show 'Published'
