In Customerly we have three different ways to let you recognize to whom you are communicating.

We call them Visitors, Leads, and Users.

What are visitors?

Visitors are considered all the people that visit your website without having any interaction with the Live Chat widget.

What are leads?

Leads are people that start a conversation through the Live Chat. Every email you collect thanks to the live chat is a Lead.

You can connect your Facebook Ads to Customerly to collect leads and start a Funnel thanks to  Zapier.

What are users?

Users are people registered on your platform with a user id, email, and data. To collect user's session data and auto-login within your Live Chat read this article.
