How to use trigger chats filter

In this article, we talked about what the chat trigger is and how to create a chat trigger. Once you published a few chats, you can start filtering draft, published, and unpublished chat triggers.
How do I filter my chat triggers?
Go to Chats under the Outbound section section
Click on the drop-down menu as shown on the screenshot below
For example, if you want to see only all unpublished triggers, click on "Unpublished", you can do the same with drafts and published chats.
