How to filter a conversation by a conversation tag

In this article earlier, we learned how to tag conversations. Let's see how to filter conversations on a tag.

How do I filter conversations on a tag?

• Go to your inbox

• Find the additional inbox left sidebar

• Click on a tag in top right

• Select a tag from the list you want to filter on

You will see all the conversations with the certain tag you selected. In our case, we clicked on "Waiting" tag and see all the conversations under this tag.
